Thunder Road
Probably some borderline severe hail in that cell west of Valparaiso. Yeah the good stuff split west of us but we had some pea-size hail here too. Also a decent amount of rotation right overhead and a little to the east. Only a 16kt G2G couplet on the lowest BV scan, but I could definitely see it in the clouds. Power's out on campus again too. I swear they go out for every little gust of wind. Thankfully, my dorm has a generator.

Thunder Road
I see this thread has fallen silent. I guess everyone else has a life. Oh well. That storm east of Indy has a 2.75" hail marker and I sure believe it. Tops to 41,000 ft, which is higher than anything I've seen all day.
TheWeatherPimp
This is one of the pictures one of our photogs took tonight in Clinton County Northwest of Wilmington, Ohio. Had reports of 3 structures damaged in that area too and a nice radar presentation for a while. Just signed a contract with WDTN in Dayton, and tonight was my second night, so it made for an eventful evening. Still watching the line to our West. tornadotony
Went on a short convective jaunt today. Saw a needle funnel about 4mi SW of St. Anne in northern Iroquois County, from the base of a towering Cu at the intersection of two boundaries. Also saw up to dime sized hail along US 41 N of Morocco in Newton County. Not a bad day.

Hoosier
That Switzerland county report is one of those that makes you wonder whether will make it into Storm Data since there was no report of damage. It seems like the standards vary - some offices will rate those EF0 while others won't. Looks like it will. Hoosier
2012 joins 1976 as the only other year since 1950 with tornadoes in Indiana in each of the first 3 months of the year. Interesting how that worked out since 1976 has popped up as an analog from time to time.
