The unofficial official absurdly warm for March thread, Part II

Never fear. My old salt New Englander neighbor told me this evening that "Next Winter we won't be so lucky, it's going to snow like the Dickens" . He has never been wrong with a Winter outlook always issued to me sometime in Spring. Last Spring he told me we'd have a mild Winter. I laughed it off.

And I'm sorry for blowing the 340....

Thats one day and night ill never forget then walking around the next morning and seeing all my neighbors in awe was even better because alot of them were making it to be no big deal lol

Let me tell you that was one helluva night here in Hampden County. Limbs falling all over the place and if you ventured outside the ominous sound of creaking wood was your constant companion. An event quite likely not to be repeated again in our lifetime.

This is a torch to remember... BTV set a new record high for the date overnight as temperatures at midnight were still above the 130-year record high for the new calendar day! That's incredible.

THESE SAME CLOUDS HAVE HELPED TO KEEP

TEMPERATURES VERY MILD ACROSS MUCH OF THE AREA OVERNIGHT. IN

FACT...BURLINGTON HAS ALREADY SET A NEW RECORD FOR MARCH 19 AS

TEMPERATURES AT MIDNIGHT WERE ABOVE THE PREVIOUS RECORD FOR THE

DATE...WHICH WAS ONLY 60.

I don't think temps can support that, but I think 87 is possible for areas like BDL and BOS.

agree, and still a couple days to iron out the details. I did say hope for 90. Widespread 80 to mid 80s is absurdly nice too, no complaints. ;)
