I don't think the Ann Arbor cell is going to redevelop a hook echo or tornado. There are too many downdrafts going on, and environmental shear is only 30 knots. It could bring the biggest hail in several years to the city.

Yeah, low-level rotation has weakened quite a bit. Becoming very outflow dominant.

STORM WAS LOCATED 6 MILES SOUTH OF DEXTER...MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 20

MPH. RECENT RADAR TRENDS SHOW ROTATION STRENGTHENING WITH THIS
