upsloper
That is a gigantic supercell. Looks like rotation picking up on it's SW flank yet again. Is this going to right turn is the next question. More of a multicellular cluster right now, with 2-3 rotating updrafts.
brettman320
I'm at work but I passed a TV that had the news on and it showed a picture of a big wedge. Can anyone confirm that the picture was from this storm?
Chargers09
More of a multicellular cluster right now, with 2-3 rotating updrafts. Insanity. Just to it's east in north central Wayne county. Looks like the batch has begun to move east. Hook on the back edge of it.

Chinook
I don't think the Ann Arbor cell is going to redevelop a hook echo or tornado. There are too many downdrafts going on, and environmental shear is only 30 knots. It could bring the biggest hail in several years to the city. Becoming very outflow dominant.

nwohweather
As you can see the cell is currently moving into a small area where the EHI is at 2. Definitely expect rotation to strengthen the next few minutes

upsloper
No it's not, lol. Not ruling out another spin up. I just think it's a lot less likely now that we have a very strong downdraft interacting with air of increasingly neutral buoyancy due to surrounding convection.
