OTHERWISE...THE OVERALL SEVERE THREAT WILL DECREASE ON A TEMPORARY

BASIS BEFORE INCREASING AGAIN SOMETIME AFTER 04Z OVER PORTIONS OF

WRN TX.

INCREASING CONVECTIVE INHIBITION RESULTING BOUNDARY LAYER COOLING

BENEATH A WARM EML HAS CONTRIBUTED TO A GRADUAL DECREASE IN STORM

COVERAGE AND INTENSIFY. ONE SEVERE STORM REMAINS OVER THE ERN TX

PANHANDLE AND IS BEING FORCED WITHIN ZONE OF LOCALIZED CONVERGENCE

ALONG RETREATING DRYLINE. COVERAGE OF SEVERE STORMS IS EXPECTED TO

REMAIN VERY ISOLATED THIS EVENING UNTIL AFTER 04Z WHEN ADDITIONAL

Very strong tornado on the ground according to the LSR's

Anyone wanna try and find out what's going on?

The storm is at the northern end of the outlooked area, but it is in a localized environment that is more favorable. Looks like it is on the northwestern edge of some higher theta-e air, with ample low level CAPE and helicity to work with.

Going off where GR3 puts the TVS, it looks like the tornado tracked just west of downtown. Hopefully. Although west of town is America's largest railroad yard, so if there really is a large and extremely dangerous TOG then there should be quite a bit of damage there. I hope they were able to evacuate the yard.
