Will you be happy when my snow is gone (again...it was almost all gone yesterday afternoon, but now it is back...sorta)?

LOL I absolutely do not get the 99.9% of posters want other posters' snow gone. His comment makes no sense at all that everyone on here is wishing for those that have snow to lose it.

Ahh love the "if I can't have it, no one should have it" mentality.

Don't hold it against Blizz. He loves snow and he just has a tough time dealing with the fact that he has none and got very little all winter long. It's kind of like the guy that loses his girl friend to another guy. "If I can't have her nobody will!"

No,because you don't gloat about it and make others feel bad

I don't gloat. That's your warped interpretation. I merely try to share the love.

This is a thread about today's snow and the dicks gotta talk the torch crap, who cares.

Plymouth getting smoked

I don't mind the torch stuff at all in the right threads but specific event threads like this one should be about the event. Bob needs to do his job or we should take away his pension and benefits.

We went from a big flake blizzard to a small flake fog of snow. Roads are covering now despite the solar impact.

Couple of inches here.

Epic satellite, awesome little spin.

Euro FTW

I'm impressed (but not surprised) that another "event" manages to skirt around the Boston metro area. I'm pretty sure if you take a 20-25 mile radius from KBOS and draw a circle, everyone outside of that circle has more than KBOS including the entire cape from P-town to the bridges. I imagine that doesn't happen all that often.

In addition I feel like we've been able to record a T on quite a few occasions this winter without it managing to accumulate to 0.1" Today is yet another case.. it's a nice little flizzard out there but with the sun peaking through thin clouds and the light rates it is not accumulating anywhere.

I hope it doesn't come across as whining because it really hasn't gotten me down at all, I've got too many other things going on in my life to get upset about the weather, lol.

This behaved pretty much AWT. These will always overperform when you get into the band, while most on the outside are getting screwed. No real surprise.

It's falling apart now. The best band is between Phil and I over Sandwich. I love these types of systems though, we see them so rarely. It's just really cool to see something on such a small scale be so intense.

I have no idea what the 100+ year climo is for this exact area. I know there were no houses near here until the last decade or two. That said I'd have to think these nickel and dime events down here have put us not terribly far from the normal climo. Weird.

That's the bottom line. As long as you're drawing breath it's all good.

The sat pic looks a bit like your flaccid NAM sim radar from last night...lol
