weatherwiz
Watch what happens across MI today in terms of number of hail/wind reports...we will probably see something similar but to a lesser extent.
Damage In Tolland
Great day. I have never been this busy this early in the season, thank god I started cleanups in Feb. Good to see its going to cool down a little from here on out until next weekend, plant world will be happy. We need water, top 6 inches of soil is pretty darn dry, lots of carnage on the ground from previous storms in yards and in the forrest. Sun was a beast today. Welcome home..It's like the Hotel California..You can check out..but you can never "leave"

ski MRG
Today was a great example of why we were saying this torch means business. The other thing is..there looks to be one semi bad day inland. The coast is going to be cool ..but inland will still get to 60+ most of the days except Thursday and maybe Saturday Do you hear voices?

CoastalWx
I said that yesterday for next week with the high overhead..and that we'd still MORCH and you and Ryan started jumping up and high fiving your fanny's against one another saying limited mixing = go lower temps With a high overhead, you have limited mixing. Valleys like BDL will radiate and take longer to warm up, and areas that aren't valleys won't reach their full potential. If you ask me, Wednesday or Thursday is your day that you might tickle 80. Logan11
But is it the beginning of some kind of pattern flip, or just a few days of misery and no real change in the AK situation, etc. Euro ensembles looking ominous for the March 26-29 period...ripe for a cutoff

Thanks Kevin, but I never left, very busy and just wanted to avoid drama. Phil is an excellent MET and is obviously a good person and liked by all, and for good reason, he is entitled to his opinion and I am sure many share his view. He did not say or do anything that I found offensive, and I do and will continue to value his thoughts on future weather events. End of story. 67 for a high here today. Enjoy this beautiful evening.
