weatherMA
I've pretty much wasted today. I wanted to go to bed around 2:00 AM but then this interesting movie came on and I watched that and that didn't end until around 4 AM. I didn't fall asleep until about 5:30 AM then I woke up around noon and have been laying down off an on. I wanted to wake up around 9 AM and work out at 10:00 AM and then shower. I'll work out about 3:00 then shower and perhaps call my friend and see if he wants to grab coffee. THANKS FOR SHARING!

CoastalWx
Theyre at 69 lol I know..it's jsut that with a wind direction like that..they would easily be warmer than most. However, BVY is also 69 so there is some validity to that I guess.
CoastalWx
Hopefully the euro is right in Tebowing us a nice day in between crap to the north and south for Saturday. As far as next week goes, hopefully HP can hang out more on top of us instead of to the north.
Tropopause_Fold
after today (tomorrow in spots) we maybe wait until next week to really "warm up" again? mild week overall obviously but kind of messy at times with even some damp periods in there. will be tough to pull off widespread 60s and 70s with that look. CoastalWx
If we had those 558 thicknesses and a 15kt wsw flow..we could probably make 80 at some point next week. If anything..areas in SE Canada have the best shot.

CoastalWx
yeah now that looks mild early next week. 3/20 would be a torch. I think one day has the chance to be very mild across a good chunk of the area..like 75+. Just don't see Kevin's 80s.

Clinch Leatherwood
We cooled off on the southerly winds after hitting 70.2, still gorgeous though. What's my average temp here this time of year? 43? So almost +30, not bad.

So almost +30, not bad. Kinda funny, I was looking at averages and BDL and GON both average 46F. This period is right after BDL shoots upward, and before GON slows its climo progression upward because of climo sea breezes. Cool stuff.
CoastalWx
So we are shattering record highs. I thought Logan could play with a seabreeze but west winds aloft are strong enough. We are doing this with+5 at 850. Next week could have +10-12C which means 80 is possible if we can mix well. It may be hard with the high overhead, but we'll see. It's also possibly sneaky backdoor or seabreeze crap happens and ruins the party like what could happen on Saturday. I remain a little bearish on the crazy warmth next week, but it will be mild no doubt. It's just so unusual to see such persisting mild weather in mid March. Yeah, if you are a betting man...a great way to take the over on MOS. I thought 70 was attainable today if we didn't seabreeze...it looked like winds might want to flip right at the shoreline, but so far so good. LOL, there isn't any caving. He's thinking widespread 80s, but I don't see that. I think one day will be very mild next week at least...like temps possible 75-80 inland. But the other days will probably be like 60s to low 70s inland. If the high shifts south..then could be very warm.
