HoarfrostHubb
If the Euro is right I think many ski areas are going to have to close very early this year. Not the kind of March you want to see after such a dreadful season. Wachusett webcams showing brown...not goodGinx might have been right even though he was kidding... weatherMA
yeah after the snow tomorrow night, it's a torch. What would that give us for lows? Would it be a 35/75 type day or more like 52/78?
Ginx snewx
Looking at the Euro for the first time..I feel like I'm looking at a June 10 prog Just brutal, good call by the weeklies and monthlies it seems. HP in Canada could mean trouble at times like Scooter said but its warm no doubt. Very dry too, Red Flag warnings here we come.

HP in Canada could mean trouble at times like Scooter said but its warm no doubt. Very dry too, Red Flag warnings here we come. I'm very doubtful of any accumulating snow tomorrow nite anywhere..but maybe some flurries. Certainly nothing that will lose my bet with Will. It's insane on the Euro...That 7-10 day prog is full on summer..I mean WTF
Tropopause_Fold
What would that give us for lows? Would it be a 35/75 type day or more like 52/78? well there's a couple of different air masses that move through so tough to say. it's also never *verbatim* that warm at the surface...it's 50s/60s mostly. but just kind of extrapolating the 2-m temps, looking at the mid-level warmth and surface flow etc...suggests some pretty warm stuff next weekend. the week itself is kind of tricky. couple weak wx systems and also potentially some low level cool air slipping down too. but still, for this time of year, torch. dendrite
Impressive to see LWM pull off a 70F this afternoon in the hourlies. To answer Ginx from earlier...I have some bare spots now showing in the yard, but away from radiation absorbing objects there's probably a couple inches of snow left.
