Damage In Tolland
Are you sure you didn't hack BOX? It's just nice to see more and more folks tossing that POS into the trash. It's useless
CoastalWx
the 15-20dBz stuff continues to slide east just under / missing Boston I thought this might happen. Hopefully the better stuff moves in tonight. Sticking with my 3-6 call. Probably closer to 3-5 in my hood. You'll do better in JP.
weatherMA
Getting some good snow right now just on the N edge of the band. Keep going in and out of good snow. Probably approaching 2" slowly now. Temp down to 29.0F.

ORH_wxman
Are you sure you didn't hack BOX? Well he left this part of the AFD out PTYPE WITH THIS NEXT BATCH OF PRECIP SHOULD BE PRIMARILY SNOW N OF THE PIKE WITH SOME MIXING WITH SLEET AT TIMES NEAR THE PIKE...AND COULD MIX WITH RAIN ALONG IMMEDIATE E MA COASTLINE INCLUDING BOS. THE MORNING COMMUTE WILL LIKELY BE A PROBLEM N OF THE PIKE. SOUTH OF THE PIKE...WE ARE LOOKING AT MOSTLY A RAIN/SNOW/SLEET MIXTURE WITH MAINLY RAIN NEAR THE S COAST. ctsnowstorm628
He lucked out getting into a good band. Lucking out on a band doesn't justify weenie snow amounts. True. I think northern CT averages just about what we all thought. Maybe 3-4" on average..with a few 5-6" amounts. Round 2 will be tough for them I think. Ginx snewx
You guys are the lucky ones... I didn't expect anyone to break 4" from this round in Ct. ... if someone does, it won't be by much. Happy to own up. How much do you have OTG? 2.5 or so, nice snow right now, probably will end in my 3-5 range
moneypitmike
Really ocming down nicely with good flakes. Probalby closing in on 3". Roof shedding nicely. Wonder if the plow driver is on vacation--no sign of that yet (but they may have adopted the policy of only focusing on the main streets in the village until the snow's done.) dendrite
In MHT...snowing decent with good snow growth. Didn't measure but I'd estimate a little over 1". There wasn't much in northfield...maybe a couple tenths.

You'll do better in JP. Yeah you mentioned BL concerns. I hope so, a bit nervous with latest RGEM... I think you / Fella / me / others in Boston metro still are haunted by the Halloween freaksnow... hours and hours of snow that night, barely anything on the ground to show for it, whereas just a few miles inland accumulated well. BL killed us then. The next few hours are iffy, but Thursday morning is looking good.
