SPS from BOX:

...PERIODS OF HEAVY SNOW THROUGH THE EVENING RUSH HOUR...

ALTHOUGH ROADWAYS HAVE PRIMARILY BEEN WET THIS AFTERNOON...EXPECT

ICY SPOTS TO DEVELOP AS SUNSET APPROACHES.

SNOW WILL OCCASIONALLY FALL HEAVY AT TIMES THROUGH THE EVENING

RUSH HOUR...ESPECIALLY FROM THE HARTFORD SPRINGFIELD AREA TO

PROVIDENCE. SNOWFALL RATES WILL APPROACH ONE INCH PER HOUR...WITH

MOST OF THE ACCUMULATION ON THE GRASS

Temp 35F Dewpoint 32F. Colder spots on the grass starting to turn white, roads and sidewalks still just wet. Starting to wonder if we needed to hook up the snowplows.

Funny, not a single flake has stuck here on Main St. across from the river in Middletown. Elevation?
