OceanStWx
Expecting some pretty high ratios, When I see images like there for the snow growth zone greater than 100 mb deep, I start thinking about really high ratio snow. Makes sense with the high in the position it is in. When you have DGZs this deep, you're essentially growing dendrites throughout a huge part of the saturated column. The ratios can easily approach 20:1 in those cases.

neweathereye
Not sure I am getting Matt Noyes....Why is he calling tonights snow a burst and then tomorrow morning another burst..he makes no mention of the secondary coastal...or the amount of snow...you don't get 10-15" from a freaken burst of snow...sorry Matt..I love ya guy but I am not getting your forecast for this storm... This comes after both WSFO's of Box and Gray upgrading snow amounts...
