eyewall
I traveled from NC to VT this past week to visit family and get in a little skiing. Looks like I picked the right week to do so! A major upslope snowfall event occurred this past Saturday which made for some of the best ski conditions I have ever experienced on Sunday. Here are shots I took from the Bolton Valley Ski area during and after. Snow rates were 2-3" per hour in these shots at times with vis under 1/8th of a mile. Storm totals ranged from near 2 feet at the bottom to perhaps as much as 3 feet at the peak.
