Channel seven did something Monday they have done before. They mentioned record highs at Danbury and White Plains. Those are not long term quality controlled climate stations.

anything to advance the global warming agenda...if it were record lows, they would have ignored it.

I just killed the 3rd mosquito this evening in my room and still chasing after another one... It's not as bad as it would be in the summer, but it somehow gave me a bad flashback of the ladybug invasion a couple of years ago (I think around October 2009, if anyone still remembers it).

Do you have a screen?

If that happens as modeled Iwill never post on this forum again

It almost has to get cold and snow again before the end of April, even IF the snow is just a 10-minute flurry one day. It has been 109 years since there has not been a trace of snow in March OR April in NYC.

It might be time to invest in a new screen. BTW, lady bugs are harmless.

Probably would be a good idea... I know that lady bugs are harmless, but still that ladybug attack looked like nothing I've seen before... before I lost count I spotted easily over 50 ladybugs just stuck on my front door, and in the attic I can't even describe how many of them there were, it just looked like an endless sea of them.

Regardless of how much rain falls this weekend hopefully there's more of it coming... we're in the most widespread dry region in the entire eastern half of the US this month. Especially coming out of a near record wet year there's no drought right now, but if this dry pattern continues into the summer, then perhaps a drought could become a concern...

A dustbuster or other small vacuum can handle that pretty well.
