pazzo83
If i didnt know any better, just looking out the window, I'd guess it was late June....sky has that look. Noted the exact same thing this morning during my run. Felt and looked like early summer.

Snow_Miser
The 18z DGEX is quite a sight. All of the days that the DGEX prints out for in the 84-192 hour period have highs above 60 degrees in the area, and three of the days have highs above 70 degrees. Two of the highs get into the mid to upper 70s, which could mean that in isolated locations there could be an occasional 80 degree reading. Incredible for March. Even more incredible is that the highs only cool down to the low 60s after a COLD FRONT passes through, IN MARCH. Higher thicknesses are already starting to situate themselves over the area, so my guess is that another strong warm up would follow after hour 192 on the DGEX. http://www.meteo.psu.edu/~gadomski/DGEXEAST_18z/dgexloop.html

Nikolai
I wouldn't mind a hot/dry spring summer as long as we got some decent severe storms once a month or so... seem to be heading that way, but who knows.

NorthShoreWx
looks like the snow is starting to stick at Windham's base. You can see it on the pcinic tables and starting to stick to the pavement around them. http://www.windhammo...untain/web-cam/ PS Base elevation = ~1500 feet. CooL
Euro looks good for next week. But at the end of the run there's an even bigger west coast trough forming so you'd think the march torch would continue thereafter.
