dryslot
How'd you get that to run your area? It keeps coming up blank for me (I was trying ORE/AQW/PSF) Click on the drop down list and scroll down until you find MA and look for your code, You will have to use a location that's close, I did not see Shelburne MA listed

moneypitmike
I may have to bump the meltdown thread in anticipation of some pinger induced trauma. LOL. I'm still not going to suggest to my daughter she might have a snow day on Thursday. I'll let it be a surprise.

ctsnowstorm628
Why? I think the NAM is over doing the WAA thump, has the right idea of the vortmax going along or south of the south coast due to the under forecast confluence to the NE, which allows for cold air to drain in from Nova Scotia. The GFS tracks the vort over SNE, which allows the warm punch to advance farther north. NAM has a wet bias however, which is why I'm taking GFS qpf right now. I told all the parents and kids at baseball tryouts that since NW Mass kids would be out for a week or two that they should maybe have a delay... HoarfrostHubb
Dave find a station on the map and click on it I did. I tried clicking the map, and using the dropdown. It is not plotting. Nothing shows up in the 2 model boxes either. it does say this at the top: "Ensemble plume for Ptype-POP at FIT from 15 UTC NCEP SREF." Tried it for FIT, ORH, BOS, etc Maybe there is so much snow it doesn't fit...lol
