Extremely large hail and violent rotation in the storm. This is an Emergency situation for the city and points west. I REALLY hope this circulation is above the ground in north West Liberty. If it's not, there might not be much remaining. My prayers for the town and the people who surely will need it. Emergency continues heading for Moon KY.
