It's not cycling...look at all the other storms that had been in that area over the past hour. They have all collapsed. It's going to stay constant or weaken. Cell is going to hit southern Nashville head on I think as it tightens it takes on a little more southerly component, so hopefully it stays just south. It feels weird saying that, because you're still wishing for an area to get hit but I guess you have to take the LESS bad option.
