Folks in Buffalo and potentially Lebanon should be in safe

areas now. Not something to mess around with.

Buffalo is a town of around 5000 people, very rural area. Lebanon is around 15000 a little more urbanized.

The state park I mentioned, is the county line east of buffalo, where it makes 2 90 degree turns. Probably upwards of 500 people in campers and tents, this could be bad.

:EDIT: Crap the image came out like garbage... here is the link http://beta.wxcaster...&STATIONID=kict

Better cooling aloft sneaks in throughout the afternoon, good speed and directional shear, but shallow moisture and meager instability have me questioning the risk up on the "northern" play of this system. I've liked southeast KS into SC NE all along but haven't really seen anything to make me want to jump at this one.

Well my target essentially verified today... I have liked the triple point since the beginning of this system and highlighted the areas from SC NE into E KS as my "zone". From a forecasting stand point it was a success (I did expect a couple tornadoes) but from a human standpoint I wish it busted due to the mass destruction in Harveyville etc. Bittersweet tonight.
