Sent from my iPad HD No...this is just an expected issue with any and all radars. Bad data gets in from time to time...velocity having aliasing problems as well.... Memphis Weather
It's where the circulation was and where the barn was destroyed. Maybe there wasn't one and it just looked suspect. And its possible a weak tornado may have happened there. But there weren't large amounts of debris being picked up...enough to be detected by radar...the reflectivity was just a coincidence (which this another great reason to have dp...otherwise we could assume that)

But there weren't large amounts of debris being picked up...enough to be detected by radar...the reflectivity was just a coincidence (which this another great reason to have dp...otherwise we could assume that) I just saw the LSR and realized that isn't where the barn was destroyed and that isn't the spot where everyone was hunting for a debris ball. My bad. It was still a circulation, but no idea if it produced.

cyclone77
With the surface outflow settling south near Mt. Vernon, and that large storm cluster to the west we may see something tighten up somewhere near or just east of the KHFJ area over the next hour or so. Something to watch anyway.
