Logan11
Albany has responded to real time conditions by dropping their advisories around here, but has refused to hoist them further south in several zones. snowman21
OKX, BOX, and ALY for an absolute fail. All 3 have advisory amounts on the ground in parts of their CWA. Probably thinking they won't reach an average of 3 inches across any one zone would be my guess. Even your station only has a forecast of 1-3 with locally 4 inches inland which would not warrant an advisory.
