Just as I suspected, deformation band is not crossing the apps, for NC. Dry air is now in North Carolina and should put a end to snow chances at it progresses East. With the coastal taking over, and the 850 low east of central NC, the precip that has been occurring in that area is in the deformation zone. Pittsboro into the heavier returns, maybe towards Smithfield, RDU not looking half bad around midnight, clipping north of here, Tarboro - Elizabeth City stay tuned.
