Ellinwood
lol at people in other forums jumping off bridges because of the 18z NAM. 72hr+ NAM is serious business.
Feb
72hr+ NAM is serious business. I love when the play by play starts at 12 Hours, comparing it to the 12 Z run.
Boch23
lol at people in other forums jumping off bridges because of the 18z NAM. I believe the Commodore Barry Bridge is the tallest bridge around here. In all seriousness I'll pull the plug at 12z tomorrow. I'm happy I haven't gotten caught in the rollercoaster of emotion. Maybe its because I'm not in denial that this is what this winter is, as with most people in this sub forum. Still fun to watch, both what actually happens and the people that is. Yeah, last spring/summer was a bummer (atleast IMBY). I'll take 5 sunny days, then one day of thunderstorms, then 5 more sunny days please. Feb
While i'm not expecting more then an inch or two of slop it wouldn't surprise me one bit that the storm does tick a tad north of what the modeling is showing right now. Around here it would probably be a difference of 3" instead of an inch or two. But hey, snow is snow and even if we got a big one, it would melt in a day or two.
