Its amazing, truly amazing how this has all played out, complete opposite of last year but thats the way the cookie crumbles. I really hope the cpc maps for april and may are correct, if so we should all be pretty happy about spring..........hopefully this pattern along with higher than normal sst's and dry soil conditions can give everyone a best spring ever. This winter has been great if you like doing anything outdoors like biking, running, rollerblading, hiking etc. Can't get any better than this in a winter. I just don't understand how NCEP models were unable to grasp the speed of these systems. Friggin horrible lead even at 12-18 hours. One of the worst performances I can remember.
