I work for the government and I can guarantee that you don't pay a dime of my salary. But that's not even the point. Ohleary is a tool in AP, but if I recall correctly, he's a pretty decent weather poster. And besides, he's not a forecaster anyway. I do remember there was still a fair bit of snow on the ground towards the middle of July. There is probably 200" of snow up against the building in that picture.
