Yes- the earlier snow had all melted , on the deck at least, so this only includes the snow since this afternoon.

Wow, feels like Buffalo right now in Villanova.

30F with mod/hvy snow, blowing snow and breezy. Picked up from flurries to SN in 15 minutes. Temp dropped 4 degrees.

Quickly sticking to all paved sfcs.

Quick temp. drop + winds + fine snow blowing sideways = about as good as it can get this winter. Feels alot different outside now, compared to earlier this afternoon.

I'd argue this is about as impressive as it gets for an arctic front. Rarely do we see accumulating snow more than a coating or so.

Funny part of it is we got about the same last night and early morning but the current half inch is not snow on snow. Even at 2000ft.

wonder if anyone will see better ratios than this fine stuff is delivering...watching the band dropping down from central jersey about to meet up with whats over Gloucester/Camden counties with great interest.

If the more agressive solutions over SE Pa/Del/South jersey are to verify my money would be on these two features initiating the process

not sure how Delaware more like New Castle County and souther Delco make out, as this doesnt seem like its going to effect us, the general motion is not South West. It would have to blossom bigtime and shift south and west for anyone in Southern Delco and New Castle County to get into the act, other wise this didnt go as modeled and went further north then it was expected.

per radar central and eastern Gloucester county looks like its starting to crank...awaiting further reports from smokey and RowanBrandon. Not sure if this backbuilds to me, you, and more importantly the airport with the best stuff or if it continues to slide a bit further south before it settles in for a couple hours prior to final exit S and E. somebodies gonna come out a relative winner in all this
