aldie 22
when is the precip suppose to start? Just got back from the outlets...fine mist with some mangled flakes mixed in...almost like small puff balls

clskinsfan
Snow/Rain mix ground lost all of its white. Looks like a lull is coming.
das
33.9F and all sprinkles, all the time in Clarksburg. Nary a flake so far.
Jebman
LWX keeps upping their totals, and I don't know why: I hope lwx is right on the money - and the mts get a foot of pow tonight. All I ask for is my share of rain. Cloudy and 43 degrees.
TUweathermanDD
this is one of the good looking hours on the latest HRRR.
WinterWxLuvr
Snow/Rain mix ground lost all of its white. Looks like a lull is coming. That is amazing. It hasn't stopped here since it started. Have about a quarter of an inch, everything (not stone) is white. Here's a couple of crappy pics. Night pics with no tripod is not my specialty. WVclimo
Hasn't stopped here either the past two hours. But its been very light snow most of the past hour. Probably have half of what WinterWxLuvr has, maybe a 0.1" on the board Models had this getting going around 10-11 tonight. 32 degrees here so no temp issues if we get the moisture. EastCoast NPZ
That is amazing. It hasn't stopped here since it started. Have about a quarter of an inch, everything (not stone) is white. Here's a couple of crappy pics. Night pics with no tripod is not my specialty. We had about an hour of very light snow, once again not a single flake accumulated. Now, just some light drizzle. It's hard to believe we live in the same county.

It's hard to believe we live in the same county. having lived around here since 1972 I can say as a fact frederick county is big enough to have many different weather events. There have been countless winter events where I-81 was the divide line between snow and little or no snow. And of course you know about the summer storms. TalcottWx
HRRR is certainly interesting as it suggests accumulating snowfall here. However its close to 9hours out and I'm not putting anything into it. I haven't checked out any other hires stuff yet. Just woke up.
clueless
34.5 Paeonian Springs per Wunderground. Precip is negligible, a very light rain/mist, barely perceptible.
