Sometimes the radial elevation change of the radar plays tricks, this is one of those days. It's no coincidence the highest dBZ is right next to the radar, I bet we're getting similar stuff here. A BAND OF MODERATE TO HEAVY SNOW ALONG AN ARCTIC FRONT WILL AFFECT SOUTHEAST WISCONSIN FROM LATE THIS MORNING THROUGH THE MIDDLE OF THE AFTERNOON. NORTHEAST WINDS WILL GUST TO 35 TO 40 MPH WITH THE INITIAL ARRIVAL OF THE COLD FRONT AND SNOW...AND THE BLOWING SNOW WILL PRODUCE BRIEF WHITEOUT CONDITIONS.
