ChrisM
My sig has current snow totals. 3.25" fell here while I was away, my wife and eldest daughter kept track for me. Have you taught them the art of slant sticking?
Clinch Leatherwood
WBZ verbatim 3-6" here, up to about Bob and Jerry, down through but just NW of Providence and into SE CT. NW of there 1-3" over Will and Ray back to about Keene and then cutting SW. Nothing in NW MA. east of about Mashpee it's 1-3" as he has rain to snow. So Bob and Jerry get 3-6" as do I, Pete gets nothing.

40/70 Benchmark
I'm not entirely convinced just yet. For now that is speculation. If true, of course. In positive NAO regimes there are clusters of closely packed negative NAO years. How do we know that's not happening now? Just throwing this out. Not 10 in a row. N. OF PIKE
well encouraging that the18z gfs ens. are bigger hits. are the individual ens. with greater qpf on the 12z or 18z (if the indivuals are out yet) showing a slower/weaker s. stream vort or some other reason for more qpf and further NW lp. weatherwiz
Looks like snow is into CT by 4:00-5:00 am Sat morning..just like that last Saturday snowstorm in Jan. running in the snow FTW I'm pissed about this timing b/c this could cost me 9.5 hours of work on Saturday. That's about $80-$85 I'd be losing. That would be the second time that has happened. That Sat. one in January cancelled work for me too.

Snow Bow
Channel 5 in Boston. They're giving themselves a pretty wide range, why not just put out one that shows 1-6 everywhere.

CoastalWx
I saw the 18z ensembles every 6 hrs. They are a bit east of the 12z GEFS, but it looks like precip wise, they weren't much different.
