Herb@MAWS
Left DC 3:15 in a lite rain. As soon as I hit BWI Pkwy, began seeing sloppy raindrops. Saw first bona fide flakes (snow, not drivers) mixed in on I-495-west after exiting BW Pkwy, with rain/wet snow mix continuing to Columbia up I-95-north. Even now, 37.1 IMBY after high of 38.9. An optimist would say the precip is somewhere between a lite, white rain and very wet snow, altho I can see where it is trying to change more to snow, but it's a slow process. Painfully slow. Bob Chill
Just got back from an errand. Pretty much a snow no show here in Arlington. I think I might have seen some thick raindrops that may have had a couple of ice molecules in the middle but I can't confirm. It's still 37.
