About a month ago there were snow squalls that dropped half inch or less and it took over 2 hrs to get home 30 miles away.

Ouch! -- but not surprised. At 4:00am it was 32.0 IMBY and by 5:15 it was 32.4.

Looking forward (NOT!) to the craziness on the roads this afternoon coming north from DC.

Sticking with my call yesterday afternoon -- Up to 2" for N&N-central MD, dwindling down to a coating-1" just NW of I-95. Not that this is a profound prediction.

This looks pretty meh for MBY. Will be nice to see some flakes falling. Not expecting any accumulation other than minor cartop unless we luck out and get in a good band after 5:30 or so. The usual places should do ok. I'm sure North MD will report heavy snow and show us a pic of his deck later.

I think it is already snowing hard in Westminster with 3 inches on the ground.

I have to go to Chinatown after work. I might not even see a cartopper.
