winterymix
The LWX WRF model shows flurries between 11 am and 1 pm and then a lull. Snow in earnest around 4 pm and ending from the west just after 8 pm. It seems that in DC, flakes will be in the air and having a tough time accumulating near the Potomac. A blend of the GFS/NAM suggests best chances of 1" and more are near the Mason-Dixon line. The Ellinwood max accumulations are quite west of the NAM max. suggesting that north Harford county could end last and do well if the NAM has a clue. snownut
With patches of snow still around from Sunday this looks to be the best week of the winter! So a few inches of snow around in the mountains of WV for a week in February... hmm.. interesting what becomes "best" during a season like this. mitchnick
PA sure looks like the sweet spot on this radar, but the models seemed to show a jog south once over the mts. http://www.atmos.albany.edu/products/radarne/radarloop.htm
TalcottWx
lol right after WinterWxLuvr says looks good, it aint that bad actually. I just wish it had more of an east-west orientation rather than a north-south one.

WinterWxLuvr
I just wish it had more of an east-west orientation rather than a north-south one. It's my experience here that you don't want that. SW to NE delivers, backbuilding se to nw works but is nerve racking, NW to SE will let you down most of the time.
