Ian Posted February 4, 2012 Share Posted February 4, 2012 I guess light/mod snow can fall and accumulate during the day in the mid 30s in February with a torchy boundary layer. Of course I already knew this. the banding helped quite a bit. some places are getting more than light/mod. but for sure local knowledge > model soundings in some csaes.
