If you scroll back and look that i posted 3x that places like the pine barrens r the most likely to get to zero with minus 20 air under a vortex like that .for simply that reason . Notice how i dont post they can get to zero in AUG under light winds , it was related to this air mass sun - mon , light winds , clear skies , light snow cover and sandy soil .
