showmethesnow
Maybe I slept through it but except for a few gusts maybe around 35 yesterday evening the winds haven't really been to bad. Looking at some of the comments though I have to wonder if they are more so elevation related.

WxUSAF
At least it's not boringly 60 and sunny? I'd take that in a second over a day like today. I'd take 40F and sunny over today in a second. Cold with relentless wind sucks. Just miserable to be outside.

CranberryWX
Severe potential on Wednesday. The slight risk area noses into western WV. NAM shows at least an inch of rain or more for most of WV tomorrow...some flooding potential where they got the snow last week with the ground being wet. mattie g
It's 47 out and feels like 116. Sun angle is ridiculous. As long as there's no wind, anything above 45 feels pretty good in the sun. Get above 60 and it's pretty sweet.

MN Transplant
Don't remember where I saw BestForecast talk but I like how it has 72 on Thurs compared to 56 NWS for DC. It was probably me over in the banter thread. GFS and NAM MOS are both 69 for Thurs, though the raw numbers are lower. I assume the NWS will adjust up in this afternoon's package. RodneyS
It's 47 out and feels like 116. Sun angle is ridiculous. Today's maximum sun angle at DCA was about 43 degrees above the horizon. At the June solstice, that angle will be almost 75 degrees. So . . .

snowfan
Yep, it's going to rain today. Decent slug of moisture moving in from the west. Decent line of storms moving from IN/ILL into Kentucky....Tor watch up for that area.
