So we are now looking at Late February for even a chance it seems. Any shot at a significant snow for Atlanta, Birmingham, Columbia and south is pretty much gone at this point. Areas to the north of that line are running out of time fast.

And it wasn't even a troll post. It was probably one of the most grounded, reasonable posts about winter weather that I've ever made.

You have to admit, HM is a weenie. A very smart weenie, but a weenie nonetheless.

It's still weird that he came to the banter thread for my post. Guy hates me, I guess.

Meh...in the most direct sense you are correct, but, in this winter and the way this board is, it could be construed as such...I think it is hilarious he came in here to comment...Hate? I doubt it...wounded ego perhaps...but I would bet over the long run your directness is worth more to someone like him than the mindless praise from the fan club.

Folks,

The trend from 12Z Goofy continues.18Z Goofy giveth snow to TN/far N AL and GA/parts of NC on 2/19-20! Stay tuned to this BB for later important updates.

Edit: Then what appears to be some ZR falls in CAD regions of GA/SC/NC 2/22-23. Wow, just wow!

OMG, winter has returned after a three hour absence lol. Thank goodness that the 18Z goofy run exists!

This is what this winter has done to us. Larry... smh...

we are getting closer to that part of the winter when i start worrying lol. in about two weeks, we will be within range in the LR for the first part of march. if there is nothing at that point we will probably be shut out (at least a lot of us). once you get past mid march chances for most of the se dwindle away

BEST storm ever in athens (i was still in school and didnt believe my mom when she came in that morning and told me haha)

pathetic, isnt it :lmao: at this point i am ready to say good bye to this winter and move on. i figured it would be bad (not scientific as much as the odds of three in a row awesome snowy se winters lol) and that the pattern in nov and early dec did not act the way it did the previous two years that we might be in trouble.

what i find surprising is just how bad it is turning out to be - that we have had virtually NO STORM to track at all, all winter, for pretty much most all of us. no CAD, not even freezing drizzle. :( we never even had a bust where we could follow something a couple of days only to get nothing and gripe about it haha. longest stretch ever now of no winter storms (last what, feb. 10 or so to the present)

You my friend, are a gentleman and a scholar. Rush fans move up a notch in my book no matter how large a weenie they might be.

I went to my first concert on March 23, 1983...Rush at the OMNI....the perfect storm cancelled school the next day so there is always hope.....

Just not this year... :bag:

Finally started. Really small fine flakes. The kind of snow that swirls on the road when your driving behind someone, ( I just was just out and about).

Hope it keeps up all night. If it does it will be some fine powder. Thonkmm gonna go sit in the hot tub and enjoy it hereina bit...

Still in Colorado. Snow clouds gathering as I type. We only had a 20pct chance, but they've upped it. Someone said they heard on the radio, 4-5inches possible, but I'm guessing more like an inch.

I'll keep,you posted....lulz

Zeller tipping the ball in then playing no D on the hot hand

If anyone sees Tyler Zeller they should give him a helping dog, a walking stick, and some sunglasses cause Austin Rivers blinded his ass..

LOL.

Love it someone get that man a Duke jersey best player Duke had the last minute of the game........scored 2 for us, then missed the tail end of a 1 & 1, then decided to not guard the guy that was lights out from 3 land with the game on the line. Really if he had hit that second FT and Duke had to inbound the ball chances are they wouldnt have gotten the mismatch of Zellar on Rivers and Duke prolly loses.
