Chicago Storm
Wow...solid squall line of snow moving into the Cleveland metro, radar returns apporaching 40 dBZ in some portions of the squall line. The snow will likely be brief but very intense. Winds starting to gust ahead of the snow now to the southeast of Cleveland. Probably will see a quick plastering of snow on everything, not unlike what we have seen two days in a row already.

on_wx
3.1" in PHN at 19z. Looks like I picked a good day to leave SEMI haha.
Trent
Picked up 0.6" in 20 minutes. meh. This only furthers my annoyance of this winter. Another waste of snow day after day that just disappears just as fast as it fell. I would gladly save up any snowfall that falls as less than 2" for just one storm, e.g. I would much rather have one 5" storm than six 1.5" events. Here was the squall as it approached:
OHweather
Visibility nearly blinding, probably down near 500'. Very heavy snow with some huge dendrites coming down at times. Will be brief but wow, potentially the heaviest snow I have seen all year.
AppsRunner
Picked up maybe .6" or so in about an hour... favorite part was going from +SN to sunny skies in roughly 3 minutes.

weatherbo
I've noticed a lot say this was the heaviest rates they've seen all Winter, and I can definitely say that was the case here. Snowed so hard for 15 min that it almost looked darkish out..... all the while wind gusting to 25-30..... potent little clippper!

WestMichigan
Best snow of the season. Too much wind for an accurate measure, but I am guessing around 8". It was crazy how fast it was coming down. It all fell in about 5 hours.
michsnowfreak
Total snowfall today of 1.7", which came in two burts. 1.3" fell from approx 12:30-1:30pm, and then 0.4" fell in about 15 minutes in the blizzard-like squall as the front raced through. Snow depth is a little less because it settled some after the first burst plus temps rebounded to 33F. All previous snow from the last 2 days was gone so we certainly dont have as much snow on the ground as the northern burbs, and its also not as nice as last weekend when we had a solid 3" snowcover, but its certainly a winter wonderland, if at least for a day! DTW had 1.3". Also its AMAZING to look but I have chalked up 10.9" of snow in January, certainly doesnt feel like it!
Stebo
I am really impressed by some of those totals back on the SW side of the state. Back home I would say we roughly got 2-2.5" and my car was basically encrusted with ice.
