Making a jab at how BWI typically under estimates snowfall in recent times iirc.

Example, those around BWI would state they got 1", BWI would state T again if memory serves me right.

Usually it is DCA that gets less than everyone else. And with the exception of the last event (and maybe 2/6/10), BWI hasn't really been known for undermeasuring their snow.

Yes. it was a topical jab and no need for that person to go back to lurking. Also, BWI still gets lolz for messing up its measurements during the snowpocalyspe events two winters ago.
