The chances of measurable snow before April 15th is fairly high, but begins to drop off rapidly in about another month or so. I think that by the time we finaly get a nice negative NAO block, there won't be much in the way of cold air left. Just my opinion but I would say New York City finishes with less than 10" of total measureable snow this winter.
