mitchnick
Do you think the next time you post a panel image, you could add some explanation behind it. I am sure many who are reading/lurking would love to know what this panel shows. I do when I have the time

CoastalWx
Euro tries to phase the central and srn vortmaxes and has a decent low off the SC coast. It's a step in the right direction anyways.

Bob Chill
Is the 850 low in KY @ 144 a no nevermind? I think it is but I hate seeing anything @ 850 in the oh valley area when a coastal is forming.

mitchnick
DT gets a SECS+ it would only be fitting that the only location to get a decent event would be the SE that's OK by me as often as they see snow

Right where we want it at this point, DT is going to get cocky if he is right on this one. Since it is in his backyard he is going to start honking like crazy. yoda
nc and southern va get hit real good this run Indeed... I think we should look at this run as Mitchnick said and take it as a good run.. next run may be worse... but its nice to see. UKIE was good if it was all snow... EURO is okay... rossi
it would only be fitting that the only location to get a decent event would be the SE that's OK by me as often as they see snow If history has taught us anything its that DT almost never gets snow. So it will probbaly come North later this week. Rossi
CoastalWx
It's a southern vort with somewhat of a block and 50/50 low, so you can't be all that unhappy with the setup. However, timing and phasing will be problem to figure out.

Ian
why did I suspect that would be the case i forgot to even look at that in the "excitement" -- i'd guess that cuts "snow amounts" a lot.

Yeah look how many cooks are in the kitchen. At least the general overall pattern is not all that hostile, but timing and phasing everything may be a pain to figure out..or even happen. We'll see what the ensembles do.
