ORH_wxman
Will, do you have the MJO analysis you had done for SNE Snowstorms? I have Phil's graph copied on my PC (numbers of 5"+ events by MJO phase)...but I'm not at home right now. The individual storm by storm post is unfortunately on the eastern servers and only God knows if or when that will ever be available again. I can say that phase 8,1,2 had the most (esp 8 and 2), and phase 4,5 had the least from my memory.

Too bad to hear about the data being stuck on the EUS severs.

40/70 Benchmark
My last 12"+ storm was March 2007 I don't count the retrograde storm last January because it took like 60 hrs to accumulate the 12", so mine was Fed 2006.....I have just missed several times. 40/70 Benchmark
The 12z EURO was actually pretty paltry verbatim, btw....I get like an inch and Boston 1.5". ..close call, though. Nowhere in sne gets warning criteria......the outter cape gets 5".

40/70 Benchmark
We should probably cancel the threat. Not sure who intimated that....I was simply clarifying. I think the best feature of the SV package with regard to the EURO are the zoomed in regional "screenshots".....really high resoloution QPF depiction; I don't even recall the WSI package having that. WSI has regional qpf shots. I've seen the SV ones and they don't seem to jibe well with WSI all the time. I trust the WSI ones more considering they are a major commercial vendor. Does SV still have that really annoying color scheme with all the shades of green?
