mahk_webstah
the possibility of an actual snowpack is emerging. got 5 inches of mush that has held up well...6-10 over the next 6 days and some at or below temps would cement this and we'd actually have a lasting snowpack. Baroclinic Zone
Looks like the 12z GFS may offer up a brief period of sleet/snow. Looks good for NNE too.
dryslot
12z GFS looks like it wants to develop a bomb after the friday event, Looks like it will whiff on this run though

ctsnowstorm628
Really bro? I'm in class and haven't seen any data. I'm just curious of its robustness..
powderfreak
On the cell...how's qpf? Not great up our way... all snow but a quarter inch or less of QPF. 1/4-1/2" further southeast in NH and ME. Either way, a couple inches is something this winter. Still don't see any real big storms on the horizon and even in weenie land on the GFS there's nothing exciting. Blah, lol. Our seasonal snowfall total is going to be like half of what we have been used to the past 10 years. At least we've had steady snowpack (now down to about 8" of cement here at 800ft, with 12" at my 1,549ft stake) since before Xmas so its been looking wintery. That goes along way with perception and mood, but the reality is snowfall is way down.
Baroclinic Zone
12z GGEM is a torch for everyone. Maybe a quick front end snow/sleet for NNE.

CoastalWx
Definitely looking like areas near the VT and NH border of Mass and points will get some snow and ice. Lets see how south we can get it.

dendrite
Euro is probably a few inches of snow followed by glop. I'll take a net gain.
PWMan
Ugh. Was hoping to find some solace here as I watch my snowpack torch away in the 52-degree sun (following hours of heavy rain and fog last night). I guess we eked out a week or so of winter. 40/70 Benchmark
Euro says maybe 50 for all of SNE again? Unless it's going to snow, then that is fine with me. What I was scared to death of was another 33* rainer, while Whocaresland iced.

weatherMA
Before the euro came out I though this might have a shot of brief snow/sleet (1-3") before the rain in interior sne, but I'd say sne is just about out of the game at this point. Should be interesting for CNE/NNE.
