SmokeEater
these guys on KATV Channel 7 are not taking this very seriously. That storm near Beardon is really bad. They're taking it about as serious as they can, no reports of damage, or any type of tornado on the ground. They have warned it's a strong couplet. andyhb
I'm gonna guess this supercell near Fordyce being our first long-tracker of the night. Live coverage showing strong NROT circulation near Fordyce.
downeastnc
Still LIFE THREATENING situation for Thorton and Fordyce. Not sure if we'll see the Tornado Emergency wording or not this evening. Hard to tell sometimes based on radar. Hopefully the couplet goes just north of Fordyce most of the town is below the 4 lane highway on the radar so its gonna be close there are still several roads with lots of homes there but few miles further south and it would get the town proper.... Marion_NC_WX
Still LIFE THREATENING situation for Thornton and Fordyce. Not sure if we'll see the Tornado Emergency wording or not this evening. Hard to tell sometimes based on radar. Seemed like with the storms last spring, a Tornado Emergency was issued when there was confirmation of a touchdown. Being night time makes that a little bit harder to gather...

SouthernNJ
727 CST loop is evil-looking. With the report of a tornado in progress, this could get troublesome heading toward the Rison area.
