bluewave
It looks like those heavy echoes near Philly are heading towards the area. That's sleet mixing in.

ag3
That's sleet mixing in. It's still the heaviest part of the storm. NAM has that band dropping .25" of precip through 1pm.
green tube
that heavier southern batch now reaching here.... heaviest snow so far.

BxEngine
yeah that band off to our west is headed for us too.....Your bad luck streak might be over! 30-35 dbz band about to Bergen/Passaic, be nice if that can hold on through here.
SBUWX23
I highly doubt the radar beam is that low in that part of Jersey on both DIX and OKX. It may be sleet under it, but i think its to high to detect sleet in that region. That's sleet mixing in.
bluewave
It's still the heaviest part of the storm. NAM has that band dropping .25" of precip through 1pm. Most spots south of 1-78 through the southern sections of the city will mostly be over between 10-11 with the dry slot moving in. Spots further north will last longer. mgerb
I'm by New Brunswick under some of those heavy echos, and I'm happy to report that it's all snow right now. Heaviest snow of the event and big flakes.
Snowshack
just under 2.5" here now. Hoping the heavier stuff to my southeast can give us another 2.5" on top of it..
MJO812
Most spots south of 1-78 through the southern sections of the city will mostly be over between 10-11 with the dry slot moving in. Spots further north will last longer. 12z Nam doesn't have the dry slot getting into the city. I doubt it reaches up here. The precip in PA looks like it is moving in our directions. I think we will be ok.

JERSEYSNOWROB
I'm by New Brunswick under some of those heavy echos, and I'm happy to report that it's all snow right now. Heaviest snow of the event and big flakes. and I'm getting shafted here to your south. Looks like heaviest bands going just to my NW and SE. Can't complain though. At least its still snowing here. Hoping one of those heavier bands moves through here before ending.

NYCSuburbs
The band of moderate snow is stalled literally just miles to my north, it's still snowing lightly here though with really tiny flakes. Looks like about 3-4 inches outside which is definitely nothing to complain about. The dry slot coming in should probably make the snow lighter soon but with another 2-3 hours left I can hopefully make it to 5 inches.
jiksports
Storm is moving fast. NYC should be done by 12 or so.
earthlight
Scared mt earthlight was gonna rain? I had to flee the area. Kidding, I'm hanging with a friend. But we are literally sitting under a moderate band of snow. Couldn't ask for anything more. Hope everybody is enjoying the snow!!
