ict1523
Was driving around DC and it was snowing at a pretty good clip. All surfaces covered with what looked like almost an inch of snow and roads were slippery.

BethesdaWX
Coming down very nicely now after a lull. It was 90% sleet during the lull, now back over to mostly snow with some graupel.
Deck Pic
centimeters? b/c there is no way you are closing in on 2". I live in a city and I was able to get uniform measurements every time I measured. Lol. There is no reason to have a .5" spread and measurements that are probAbly inflated. BethesdaWX
centimeters? b/c there is no way you are closing in on 2". I'd take the middle in between the two, various surfaces and exposusures. Should I go out, post a measurement pic while writing "BB" in the snow?

Kmlwx
Back edge is almost here. I hope it fills in because a 3 hour event would suck. It has been filling in a bit. Looped radar shows it. It will probably cut off...remember we are expecting 2 different periods with a lull between.
Kmlwx
it's been consistently modeled and forecast as 2 precip events with a lull in the middle. I haven't seen him posting too much tonight so I guess maybe he wasn't around to read about the two periods. Amped is another story lol. People seem to not read very well. wxmeddler
The dryslots gonna nail us before the changeover. There's not an actual dry slot with this system, its more of a "break" between the 2 entities.
