Can see the LE band developing/getting going out over the Lake on radar..

I think that's what I'm getting now. The back edge has moved off, but still snowing. Steady Low - Moderate sized flakes that seems to have a better structure then earlier.

maybe not. . .

7.1 at 7:00

7.6 at 8:00 last little wave gave me a little bump. . .i expect that to be it unless I catch a little LE . . .

also, my neighber just got home ... he normally is home between 4:30 and 5:00 ... he looked happy to be home, yet not too happy . . .

i will snap some pics after i get the kiddies off to bed

The average depth on my snow board is 3.9 inches. I used my 4" cocorahs gauge to take a core sample and melt it down. The liquid total was 0.45". Yes, that is an 8.7 to 1 ratio. After the first 1.25 inches the ratio was 12.5 to 1, but as always once the snow piles up and settles/compacts the ratio plummets. In the last ten days I've had three snows, during which it was cold to very cold. The three final ratios I've measured are 9.5 to 1, 10 to 1, and 8.7 to 1. These are downright terrible numbers that sound wrong, but it's a simple measurement that really can't be screwed up.
