ChrisM
subaru <3 '05 WRX for me, does great in these snow events. And Greenfield Chris, I agree with you. I think those bands will get wrung out over the 4k' peaks of the Catskills. 90% of the snow which will be on the ground tomorrow morning is already out there, IMO. 40/70 Benchmark
Well, this event blows. I'd hold off on that proclamation...as long as your expectations were reasonable.
Cold Miser
That guy in Cumberland and over to Woonsocket might be the best spots to try and pull off a 3" jackpot. Exactly 3" on my board right now (took photo). Snow was coming down very heavy for a while. Still light snow falling.

Ginx snewx
Do you guys still think those lines in NY will rot even with all of the instability and moisture we have going over here? They haven't started their disintegration yet. Ripped apart by catskills? Bump?, was this pre?, that line looks pretty impressive?
Clinch Leatherwood
How often does RI end up being the absolute jackpot? Not often, pretty cool. Looks like the best is going to skip to my NW...not to beat that horse but the 3r 12z Euro kind of indicated it would. Bob you getting ripped? 40/70 Benchmark
I said 1-3". I'd be a touch concerned too with the way the best echos are fizzling as they lift north. mattb65
I said 1-3". I'd be a touch concerned too with the way the best echos are fizzling as they lift north. I think we'll be fine for that range - if you want to see a toaster bath look at the tease you'd have to deal with if you were at school. Echos just stopped when they hit the PA border, having grown up in Lutherville, that used to happen way too often growing up. Weenie flakes are flying here. Ginx snewx
City dumped an absurd amount of salt before this storm for a 1-3" event. There was an absurd amount of accidents tonight down here because CT did not. Despite myth the worse conditions are the coatings to couple inches.
