lots and lots of tiny flakes

just a light coating of accumulation

Same here, was just driving up from Hudson and there were flurries the whole way but no snow on the roads til I got to the northern end of Hooksett. Thinking an inch or two tops up here, although Gray upped totals for our county from 1-3 earlier this evening to 2-4 when I checked it a few minutes ago.

hopkington to west greenwich, ri getting destroyed on cams now. there should be an advisory of some sort out imo.

http://www.tmc.dot.ri.gov/camcenter/camcentermapview.aspx#

someone is RI will see 4 inches out of this.

This is my life as a weenie in two cameras. I grew up a half mile from this camera in Westerly RI, lived there for 21 years then moved to Hopkinton RI a half mile from this camera for 23 years, been living up here for 11. The upgrade in snow each move has been fantastic, next move Newry, Maine for good. Sn+ here 1 new and piling it up. These areas are 3 miles from each other

scott is this meso low supposed to move NE ...just to the SE or so of Bos

it looks clear like the heaviest stuff will be over ECT to RI (as opposed to N of mass pike when in comes to central mass) do you think the heavier precip will make it further north as it shifts east or (ne?).

It's just a conv band, but there may be a very weak low over se CT. You'll get into the heavier echoes as it moves ne. It also seems to have some cyclonic turning in the snow shield, so echoes may develop more behind the first band of heavier echoes. You in Framingham?

Really? I would have guessed higher than that for you.

Not from what I measured. When I first got home the snow was grainy

Nice flakes now. My driveway is like a rink from last week's snow/melt/snow/drizzle. Now covered in this pixie dust.

Thank goodness it is flat.

Wachusett was like a snow globe this evening. So pretty

Looks like you are just about to get into a moderate band.

My driveway is also like glass and now has a nice powder polish on it.

the cam's in west central rhode island show what looks like a couple inches in an hour. shouldn't be hard to believe .
