Hoosier
Temps are in the 20's/30's in the places that had the tornadoes this morning. Gotta love January.
on_wx
A little over a quarter of the Jan tornadoes were rated F2 or greater. One of the more notable ones was an F4 that moved out of Illinois on January 7, 1989. That's pretty wild. It also never ceases to amaze me how these fall/winter outbreaks can hit up everyone from Missouri to New York...but 99% of the time they leave poor old southern ON in the dark. I'm so envious of you all with your 12 month a year storm season.
SchaumburgStormer
Through the help of some fellow insurance adjusters, have been seeing some pretty wicked photos from Louisville area. Heavy tree damage, road signs laid flat, etc. Will post asap. Here are the promised photos.

IWXwx
Here are the promised photos. Pretty significant tree damage there. Was this in the area of the confirmed tornado?
Hoosier
Looks like LMK found a few more tornadoes in Kentucky in addition to straight line wind damage. Edit: and 2 more in Indiana
