It is. The good lift and waa might concentrate over nrn ct but sometimes there are different areas of good bands. If the cold hangs on a little big longer, the heavier amounts may be a bit more widespread.

But the real question is... what's happening on Mount Pocono? It'll never snow in SNE if that place starts off as rain.
