TheTrials
10) Lower Heating Bills 9) Not having to endure 10 people doing the play by play of the euro in the same thread, 8/10 of them describing it wrong. 8) More sleep 7) Cleaner cars, carpets, clothes, etc. 6) Endless mocking of Metfan for saying the pattern will change 5) Never hearing about SSW again 4) Moister skin 3) JB and Ruggie Weather are finally on the same level 2) Endless golf, frolf, or any other outdoor activity 1) Mt. Earthlight finally got screwed.

Stormlover74
These are fine if its a snowless and mild winter. If its snowless and cold we still have the high heating bills, dry skin and no outdoor activities, without the benefit of snow. Which is probably the worst case scenario. Maybe if you're not that big of a snow lover, but for us, there aren't really any reasons to embrace it. I'm sure 85% of the general public loves this winter. And just because I am not posting online, doesn't mean I am not up. I tend to watch the snow actually fall, not watch it on radar.
TheTrials
No chance of that this year. If you are in the playoffs, you have a chance. Even your crappy Jets advanced to the championship game and everyone knows they didn't belong there. This giants team is far better than those jets teams. Dsnowx53
Now dougie, how about the fact that we won the super bowl in the last craptastic winter, 2007-2008? If there is indeed a correlation, then of course. The Giants will have to win the super bowl this year in order to add that to the list.
